Hi Agshin. The purpose of the question is to understand if you have clear vision of your career. If you would like to stay in consulting/audit the answer should be based on the promotion ladder in the audit/consulting company. For example, if you starting from the first year associate position it usually takes up to 5-6 years to become a manager and up to 10 years to become senior manager/director.
